Prof. Dr. Dirk Stegelmeyer graduated 1996 as a Doctor Ingeniero at the Technical University/Madrid, after obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce at Wits/Johannesburg and a Master in Industrial Engineering at the Technical University/Darmstadt. His has comprehensive professional experience in industry, such as Managing Director at DMG Mori Seiki, MAKINO, United Grinding and SCHIESS. Dirk supports IMC’s customers in the development of their corporate organisation, improvement of after-sales-services and hands-on restructuring. Working for Asian shareholders, dealing with global customers and setting up international subsidiaries he gained far-reaching competence in fostering international business. Prof. Dirk Stegelmeyer teaches “Service Engineering” at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. He is part of the team at IMC Investor & Management Consult since 2011.

Dipl.-Kfm. Harald Wiebe studied economics and sinology in Erlangen-Nürnberg and Shanghai. After his initial position as assistant to the executive board of the Henkel Group in Düsseldorf he became financial controller with ABB Holding in Mannheim.

In 1994 he changed to Henkel Asia-Pacific Ltd. in Hong Kong and was responsible for the business development of the detergent division, initially in China and eventually in the whole Asia Pacific Region. He identified joint venture and distribution partners, headed the cooperation negotiations and was in charge of the subsequent controlling and development of the respective business units.

Since 2005 Harald Wiebe established himself as an independent management consultant in Hong Kong and supports international clients launching and developing their operations in China and Asia.
